Debate on Osama's will | Didn't wanted his son's to inherit powers & to work bottom up

There's been a interesting debate going-on at different forums about 'Osama Bin Laden's will'. Some sources say he advised his sons not to join al Qaeda. While, we see one of his son got killed in a drone strike, another died beside him.
Omar Bin Laden son of Osama, while talking to 'Guardian' said:

"He never asked me to join al-Qaeda, but he did tell me I was the son chosen to carry on his work."

... carry on his work. So, another perspective can be that he [Osama] didn't forced his sons to join. Omar also referred to his book "Growing up bin laden" where his father suggested him to volunteer for suicide attack.

Conclusion: All those who think Osama asked his sons not to join Al-Qaeda is hammered.

Rohan Gunaratna, author of "Inside Al Qaeda" and head of the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research said:
"Despite being puritanical, bin Laden had a rather modern management style. He didn't want them to inherit what he built simply because they were his sons, He wanted them to work from the bottom up."
